The Ideal Classroom

While reading this article, I started to think that if the way to learn is better to be in an environment you want to be or if it's better to be in a boring environment.

  I started to think about how my classrooms looked like when I was in elementary school. Yes, they had desks but they had furniture that was comfortable. I liked to go to school because of how comfortable it was while I was learning. Why be in a place where you are uncomfortable when you are trying to learn? I believe that having couches in the classroom is not a bad idea. It will have the kids be put in an environment that they want to be in and never want to leave. The purpose of school is for the student to learn and if they aren't learning while sitting in desks, than things need to change.
